  Went looking for a plastic coated wire for a clothesline. Met a lady around the clothesline area who was amazing!! Unfortunately didn't look for her name but she knew exactly where the clothesline replacement was but also that to get one that had a wire core we should go out to landscaping (gave exact directions) and in row 38 (I think ) we would find what we were after - awesome knowledge of layout and content!

  Having said that, I have to say I loved Bunnings Paget; the help from the staff was brilliant, the shelves were well stocked, the aisles were clear and the checkout was quick and efficient.

  Loaded with Chinese rubbish at mid to high prices. You have to really look hard for quality products . Unfortunately not a lot of Australian made quality in this warehouse.

  Customer service is way below par as usual with Bunnings. Whilst they do have a wide range of products there's always something you want they either don't get that one or else it's out of stock and they haven't reordered it yet. Most of the staff are helpful when you can find a team member. It is not often they will actually approach you and ask if you want help you have to go looking for them.

  Love Bunnings but i am a tradie and there is not enough parking spaces for work Ute with trade trailer and most times there is single customer cars parked in our allocated parking area i spend thousands of dollars in Bunnings would be more if there was more parking for trade customers.
