  When writing your replies don't forget to be honest as 2 other customers witnessed this and so did my girlfriend. The other 2 customers were treated just as poorly and clearly stated it to each other and to me before leaving.

  Walk in appointments are charge at exorbitant amounts even after a quote is given and before the invoice is given they say there happy to have a look but its not true the price quoted changes depending on the cashiers mood swing.
